Fees are for standard consultations only and extra charges may apply for other services eg. Referrals, medicals, liquid nitrogen, dressings etc.

Weekend consultations do not attract a community services card subsidy unless the consultation relates to an accident. To qualify for the reduced rate you must both have a current community services card and the consult must be exclusively about an accident. If both ACC related and non-ACC issues are covered in the same weekend consultation this discount may not apply or may not apply in full at doctors discretion.

Telephone or video appointments cost the same as face to face appointments. If your condition can’t be safely assessed in a telephone or video call you will need a separate face to face appointment which will have a separate charge. Our receptionists can guide you on whether a telehealth appointment is likely to be adequate. All first assessments of injuries require a face to face appointment. If in doubt please book a face to face appointment for safer care.

Doctor and nurse time replying to patient emails and portal messages will incur a fee for the staff time taken. We will usually waive this charge if the query both directly relates to the topic of an appointment with us within 5 days of the message and can be dealt with in three minutes or less. Please expect a fee of $20-$40 for most matters that do not fit these exclusions.

Terms and Conditions

Other than in special circumstances, we ask that fees be paid at the time of consultation.
Outstanding accounts will attract a non refundable administration fee of $7.50

We are a Southern Cross affiliated provider and for those patients with Southern Cross Health Insurance we are able to make direct claims on your behalf, for any services for which you have cover.
